Welcome to Nexashopping. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
2. Definitions
"App" refers to the Nexashopping mobile application. "Website" refers to our web platform. "Service" refers to all features, tools, and functionalities offered. "User" refers to any individual using the Service. "Partner/Seller" refers to individuals or businesses selling products via our platform.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us immediately of unauthorized access. Nexashopping is not liable for losses due to compromised accounts.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Nexashopping, you represent that you meet this requirement.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include fraud, resale without permission, posting harmful content, violating applicable laws, or interfering with security. Any such activity may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Payments must be made through approved payment gateways (including UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, etc.). Nexashopping does not store card/UPI credentials. Order confirmation will be sent via email/SMS. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
7. Partnership Program
Sellers/partners must comply with applicable laws, including GST and consumer protection. Commission rates, payout schedules, and partner obligations will be detailed in separate partner agreements. Nexashopping reserves the right to suspend sellers for policy violations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, trademarks, and software on Nexashopping are owned by or licensed to us. Users may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data protection laws. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Refund & Return Policy
At present, NEXASHOPPING does not provide refunds, returns, or replacements once an order is confirmed and delivered. All sales are final. We encourage users to carefully review product details before placing an order. In the future, if we introduce a refund or return option, we will update this policy and notify users accordingly.
10.1 Shipping Policy
We currently ship only within TIkamgarh,Jhansi,Chhatarpur,Gwalior,Lalitpur,Panna,khajuraho in These Cities of India. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Shipping is completely free on all orders. Tracking details will be shared with you once your order is dispatched.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nexashopping shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability in relation to any order is limited to the value of that order.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activities.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh.
