Delete Your Account & Personal Data
At NEXASHOPPING, we respect your privacy. You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Please review the information below before submitting a deletion request.
How to Request Deletion
To delete your account, please contact us by:
- Sending an email to nexashopping9@gmail.com from your registered email address, OR
- Including your registered phone number in the request if you signed up with OTP login.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Account details (name, email, phone number)
- Login credentials and authentication records
- Order and shopping history
- Any preferences or saved settings
Data Retention Policy
Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days of receiving your verified request. However, certain data may be retained as required by law, including:
- Payment transaction records – retained for up to 180 days for regulatory and accounting purposes
- Legal compliance data – retained only if required by applicable law
Confirmation of Deletion
Once your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. After this, your account will no longer be accessible, and your data will be deleted as described above.
